We really hope you love the items you purchased, but just in case you aren’t happy with something here is everything you need to know about returning your item/s.
RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN STORE. ALL RETURNS ARE ONLINE CREDIT ONLY.
We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment.
The amount of your Online Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include original shipping cost.

Returns Online
- E-mail blupoppyboutiqueorders@gmail.com: Include your invoice, your name, items to be returned. We will issue you a prepaid shipping return label. The label cost will be deducted from your store credit.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of when your purchase was received.
- Items must be unworn, with tags attached, odor and pet hair free, and unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refunds based on the condition of the item. Items that appear to be worn, stained, have pet hairs or have odor (cigarette smoke, deodorant, etc.) will not be accepted.
Returns to Store
- Item can be returned to store with invoice. Online credit issued will NOT include original shipping costs. We will issue you online credit by end of business day by text or e-mail.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of when your purchase was received.
- Items must be unworn, with tags attached, odor and pet hair free, and unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refunds based on the condition of the item. Items that appear to be worn, stained, have pet hairs or have odor (cigarette smoke, deodorant, etc.) will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, accessories, body suits, intimates, or gift cads. They are final sale.
